Creating a DataWindow Managed Bean

You can create a DataWindow managed bean and add it to your Web application. You must have a DataWindow library, which has an extension of either.pbl or .pbd, in your project to create a DataWindow managed bean.

To create a DataWindow managed bean:

Select File|New|Managed Bean from the main menu bar of the Web Application Development perspective.
The Create a Managed Bean wizard opens.

Follow the wizard instructions.
After you create the DataWindow managed bean, you can see its properties in the Data Bindings view.
