The New wizard, which is used to create a new Web Application project, JSF configuration file, managed bean, Web page, and resource bundle, can be accessed several different ways.
To access a New wizard in the Web Application Development perspective, do one of the following:
Select File|New|<wizard name> from the main menu bar. If the wizard you want to use is not in the list, select Other, expand Sybase, and select the appropriate wizard.
Right-click in the WorkSpace Navigator to open the context menu and select New|<wizard name>. If the wizard you want to use is not in the list, select Other, expand Sybase, and select the appropriate wizard.
If you are creating a new Web Application project, select File|New|Web Application Project from either the main menu bar or the context menu. You can also use either of the above methods, but this method is faster; it eliminates one click.
Click New
in the tool bar. The New wizard opens. Expand Sybase and select the appropriate
wizard.
Click the arrow after New
in the tool bar. In the drop-down list of wizards that appears, select the appropriate wizard. If the wizard you want to use is
not in the list, select Other, expand Sybase, and select
the appropriate wizard.
New Managed Bean Creation Wizard
You can use any of the above ways to create a managed bean. The New wizard to create a managed bean can be accessed two additional ways.
To access the New wizard to create a managed bean:
Right-click in the Data Bindings view and select New from the context menu. The Create a Managed Bean wizard opens.
In the JSF Application Configuration Editor, select the Managed Bean tab. The Faces Configuration Managed Bean page opens. Click Add. The Create a Managed Bean wizard opens.
