The Enterprise Explorer view contains an icon for each external server you have set up in your workspace. Each server is represented by a Connection Profile icon.
The Enterprise Explorer displays server resources in folders organized by type, for example, Application Servers. The following table lists each type of server you can access in the Enterprise Explorer, a list of types of connection profiles you can create or access, and some of the tasks you can perform by browsing the connection profile icon and right-clicking its associated resources.

Server resources are created by creating a connection profile containing the connection parameters.
