The previous sections described how to try out the wizard in a test application and how to use the objects generated by the wizard. Before you use the MobiLink Synchronization for ASA wizard in a production application, you need to complete the following tasks:
Set up a consolidated database and write synchronization scripts as described in “Preparing consolidated databases”
Create a remote database on the desktop and set up one or more publications, users, and subscriptions as described in “Creating remote databases”
Create a file DSN for the remote database, as described in “Defining the SQL Anywhere data source”
Create a database connection profile for the remote database, as described in “Creating database profiles”
