Make sure that you installed the offline client on the BlackBerry device (or BlackBerry simulator), as described in “Installing offline client on BlackBerry device” (or “Installing offline client on the BlackBerry simulator”).

The UA icon does not appear on the Windows mobile device

Make sure that you installed the .NET client on the Windows device, as described in “Installing Unwired Accelerator .NET client software”.
