Chapter 12 Working with Replication Server
Each data connection contains information about the maintenance user that will be used by Replication Server to connect to the database.
You can define the maintenance user name and password in the User name and Password extended attributes of the data connection.
The maintenance user needs to have permission rights to access the source tables in the primary database and the target tables in the remote database.
A SQL script that contains the definition of permission rights for the maintenance user is generated for the primary database and the remote database on the tables referenced in the replication definition. You can select the one of the Generate commands in the database contextual menu to generate and execute this script.
