Deleting a document version from a configuration

You can delete document versions from a configuration if you have the Manage Configurations right.

When you delete a version from a configuration you do not delete the document version from the repository, you detach it from the configuration.

To delete a document version from a configuration:

1. Select Repository→Configurations to display the List of Configurations dialog box.
2. Select a configuration in the list.
3. Click the Properties tool.
   
   The configuration property sheet is displayed.
4. Click the Members tab.
   
   The Members tab is displayed.
5. Select a document version.
6. Click the Delete tool.
   
   The document version disappears from the list of members of the configuration.
