Chapter 9 Managing Document Versions in the Repository

Adding the document versions of another configuration

To add the document versions of another configuration:

1. Select Repository→Configurations to display the List of Configurations dialog box.
2. Select a configuration in the list.
3. Click the Properties tool.
   
   The configuration property sheet is displayed.
4. Click the Members tab.
   
   The Members tab is displayed.
5. Click the Add Document Versions from a Configuration.
   
   The Select Configuration dialog box is displayed.
6. Select a configuration in the list.
   
7. Click OK.
   
   The document versions of the selected configuration appear in the list of members of the selected configuration.
   
8. Click OK.
