Chapter 9 Managing Document Versions in the Repository


Adding an individual document version to a configuration

Steps To add an individual document version to a configuration:

  1. Select Repository→Configurations to display the List of Configurations dialog box.
  2. Select a configuration in the list.
  3. Click the Properties tool.

    The configuration property sheet is displayed.
  4. Click the Members tab.

    The Members tab is displayed.
  5. Click the Add Version tool.

    The Add Document Version to Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  6. Select a document in the Name list.
  7. Select a version in the Version list.
  8. Click OK.

    The document version is added to the list of members of the configuration.
  9. Click OK in each of the dialog boxes.
