Managing document versions in a configuration

A configuration is a set of related document versions.

When you create a configuration you also have to add members to the configuration. A configuration member is a document version. It is not possible to add several versions on the same document in a configuration.

You can add versions in a configuration using the following methods:

• Adding an individual document version to the configuration
• Adding the document versions of another configuration
• Adding the related model versions of a model to the configuration
