Chapter 8 Consolidating Documents in the Repository

Consolidating multiple documents from the local workspace

You can select multiple documents to consolidate from the local workspace.

To consolidate multiple documents from the local workspace:

1. Right-click the root node of the workspace.
   
   or
   
   Right-click a folder in the workspace.
   
   or
   
   Right-click several models in the workspace.
2. Select Consolidate from the contextual menu.
   
   The Consolidate Multiple Documents dialog box displays the list of all selected documents.
   
3. Double-click a document in the list to display the Consolidate Document dialog box.
4. Define consolidation parameters.
   
5. Click OK.
6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 for each document in the list.
7. Click OK in the Consolidate Multiple Documents dialog box to start the consolidation.
