Chapter 8 Consolidating Documents in the Repository


Consolidating multiple documents from the repository browser

You can select multiple documents to consolidate from the repository browser.

Steps To consolidate multiple documents from the repository browser:

  1. Right-click the root node or a folder in the browser and select Add.

    A standard Open dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select files and click OK.

    The Consolidate Multiple Documents dialog box is displayed.
  3. Double-click a document in the list to display the Consolidate Document dialog box.
  4. Define consolidation parameters.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 for each document in the list.
  7. Click OK in the Consolidate Multiple Documents dialog box to start the consolidation.
