Chapter 5 Managing Repository Documents
The list of activities displays all the operations that actually modified the documents stored in the repository, this list does not show object changes.
You can customize the display of the list of activities using the Customize Columns and Filter tool in the list toolbar. The following information can be useful if you want to consult repository activities:
| Information | Description |
|---|---|
| Activity type | Type of action performed over a document such as consolidation, freeze or delete. Note: actions like lock or unlock are not reported in the list of activities since they do not modify document |
| Name | The name of the item which should be clear and meaningful, and should convey the item's purpose to non-technical users |
| Code | The technical name of the item used for generating code or scripts, which may be abbreviated, and should not generally include spaces |
| Location | Folder in which the document is stored |
| Version | Document version number |
| Comment | Activity comment |
| Activity Date | Date when operation was performed |
| User | Login of the user who performed operation |
