Chapter 5 Managing Repository Documents
You can look for objects consolidated or modified in the repository using the following search criteria:
You can define date and user find parameters for a selected model or object type, or for all models and all object types.
The date and user find expressions in the repository are the following:
Expression | Description |

Created | Select this check box if you want to define consolidation parameters |
Created by | Full name of the user who consolidated the object in the repository, note this name is not the system login name. You can use the dropdown list box to display the list of all repository users |
Date | Consolidation date criteria, you can search:

Modified | Select this check box if you want to define modification (by consolidation) parameters |
Modified by | Full name of the user who last consolidated the object, note this name is not the system login name |
Date | Modification date criteria, you can search:

You can use creation parameters or modification parameters. You can also combine both criteria by selecting the Created and Modified check boxes.
It is possible to use both Local and Repository Dates pages to define search criteria.
For example, you want to see all objects consolidated by a user during a certain period of time but you only know the system login name of a user (because you use it via e-mail) and not his repository full name.
