Chapter 4 Managing a Report

Editing text

You can modify the text of a text paragraph or a text file in a text editor. The default editor is NOTEPAD.EXE.

To edit text:

1. Double-click a text paragraph or a text file in the report items pane.
   
   The Editor dialog box is displayed.
   
2. Type modifications to the text.
3. Click OK.
