The Monitoring engine and the Monitor server can be run as Windows services. This enables you to start, stop, or pause all business activity monitoring functions directly from the Windows GUI or a command line. It also allows you to run multiple services simultaneously. Complete the following steps to run the Monitor engine and server as Windows services.
