Managing Windows Services for Monitoring from the Windows GUI

Start, stop, or pause all business activity monitoring functions directly from the Windows GUI. You can also run multiple services simultaneously.

To manage services from the Windows GUI:

Select Settings|Control Panel|Administrative Tools|Services from the Windows Start menu.
The Services window opens displaying all installed Services and current statuses.
Choose from the following:
- Start a service. Right-click the service, and click Start.
- Stop a service. Right-click the service, and click Stop.
- Pause a service. Right-click the service, and click Pause
The Status for the selected service changes.
