Use Mobile Administration profile view to easily add and manage users, roles, and resources for the Unwired Accelerator server.
You can also use the Mobile Administration profile view to manage synchronization between the UA server and mobile devices. You can configure automated push for an application either from the Mobile Administration profile view, or from an off-line mobile device. From the Mobile Administration profile view, the administrator can assign an application to one or more registered mobile users. From a mobile device, an individual user can subscribe to an application and, if authorized, modify the subscription. Either way, automated push ensures that off-line mobile users automatically get updates as data in the database changes.
To access the Mobile Administration profile view
Connect to your connection profile.
Connect to the Mobile Administration profile view. In the Enterprise Explorer, right-click Mobile Administration, and select Connect from the context menu.
If your connection is successful, Mobile Administration expands in the Enterprise Explorer and displays resources, roles, and users.
