Use the Layout page in the composite application editor to configure and add content to the composite application. You can select from different formats or create a custom format. Formats determine the way in which the composite application displays in either the portal or a mobile device.
The Format section of this page displays different options depending on whether you chose Mobile Tab Flow, Portal Page Flow, or Portal Application Flow when you created the composite application. See Creating Composite Applications.
Format
Portal Page Flow, or Portal Application Flow | If the composite application is either a Portal Page Flow or Portal Application Flow type, you can select from layout options of:

Mobile Tab Flow | If the composite application is a Mobile Tab Flow type, you can select from these layout options:

The Content section shows the applications that are included as content in the composite application. In this section you can perform these actions:
Content
Add | Click Add to display the Mobile Application Search dialog, from which you can add new applications to the composite application. You can add only mobile applications that are in the Approved status. |
Open | Select the application you want to edit and click Open. The editor for the selected application opens. |
Remove | Select the application you want to remove, and click Remove. |
Preview | Select the application you want to preview and click Preview. |
You can perform the above actions, and also some additional actions in the Content section by right-clicking a selected mobile application. The additional available actions are:
Add Postprocessing – allows you to add one of the post-processing types. See Setting Postprocessing Options for Advanced Mobile Applications.
Order Postprocessing – brings up the order page of the postprocessing wizard if the selected mobile application is not open in the Eclipse editor. If the editor is open, it brings up the editor's configuration preference for this page. This option is disabled if there are no postprocessing items in the mobile application.
Mark Invisible – sets the mobile application as invisible.
Mark Active – changes the state of the application from "Active" to "Inactive" and vice versa.
Validate Mobile Application – validates the application's XML code.
View Mobile Application XML – shows the XML source page for the mobile application.

Roles | Assign the appropriate roles to the composite application. When you assign a role to a composite application, all users assigned that role can access the composite application in Unwired Accelerator. |

Source
By default this page and the Page Source pages are not displayed. You can see the Source and Page Source pages if you set the Mobile Development editor preference to show it. See Setting Mobile Development Editor Preferences. The Source page displays the XML source code for the composite application.

This page displays the XML source code written to the UA server for the page definition.
