Use the By Job button

Now you run a report of all contacts grouped by job role.

  1. Click the By Job button.

    The report that lists all contacts grouped by job role displays.

    Shown is the contacts _ by _ job role report. At top center is the title My Contacts, and at top left is the date. Under the report’s columns for Last Name, First Name, Job Role, Phone and Fax, rows of data are grouped under the titles Administration and then Customer support. These titles appear in bold and italic type.
  2. Scroll the report to see your new contact.

    When you have finished, select File>Close from the menu bar.

    Once again you return to the main application window.
