In Chapter 6, “Managing Integrated Products,” the “Answers Anywhere and SMS” documentation has been updated. On page 114, in the “Monitoring SMS and CMC communications health” section, the following troubleshooting information is added:
If you need more information about CMC software, the SYBASE\cmc\lib\sybcmc.jar file contains the compiled .class files for the program, as well as the .java source files. If you have Java programmers on call, they can look through the source code to debug problems. The same is true for the third-party JAR files under CMC.
