The Unwired Accelerator client cannot be installed using BlackBerry Desktop Manager	Verify that the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and BlackBerry device versions match.
The BlackBerry device is unable to connect after switching to a different BES or user	From the BlackBerry device, select Option \| Security, and click on Track Wheel Select Wipe Handheld to clear the security data. Repeat the Enterprise Activation setup, or pair up the BES.
