Designing Framework Matrices

Framework architects (users who have selected the Authorize Framework Design user profile when installing PowerDesigner) can create, design, and delete framework matrices in projects, by enabling the Framework Design Mode.

Steps To switch to the framework matrix design mode:

  1. Right-click the framework matrix top-left corner, and select Framework Design Mode (or Select Tools→Framework Design Mode).

    The following icon displays in the framework matrix top-left corner:
