Information Liquidity Model replication use cases

The Information Liquidity Model lets you design models for different replication engines according to your replication needs. The type of the replication engines you can design depends on the target attached to the ILM. This target is an extended model definition (XEM).

The Information Liquidity Model is delivered with the following extended model definitions:

The choice of whether to use one XEM instead of the other in your model, or both of them within the same model, depends on the replication engine you need to use.

This section shows how the different types of replication engines can be used to replicate data in the ILM. You can also use both targets within the same model.
