Chapter 8 Building an Executable BPM: Managing Data and Choreography
The Value tab lets you edit the variable value, within an XML colored syntax editor.
The value you define in the Value tab depends on the type you have defined in the Data Type list of the General tab.
For example, if you have defined a complex type, such as an XML object in the Data Type list, the Value tab can contain the corresponding XML schema. Or if you have defined a simple type, such as Duration in the Data Type list, the Value tab can contain 1 hour.
