Chapter 5 Administrating Repository Users
The repository administrator or a user with the Manage Users right can delete a user in case of changes in the development team.
A user cannot delete himself: if the connected user has the Manage Users right, he cannot delete himself.
When you delete a user, you have to consider whether the user has created or modified documents in the repository or not.
If the user has created or modified documents The user is displayed in the List of Users or members of a group, but his rights and permissions are canceled. He still exists in the repository to let other team members know who created or modified the documents.
If the user has not created or modified documents The user is completely removed from the repository, he no longer is displayed in the List of Users or members of a group. His rights and the permissions are canceled.
