Chapter 8 Consolidating Documents in the Repository

Adding workspace documents

You can add all the documents displayed in the current workspace to the repository. Closed documents displayed in the workspace are also taken into account.

To add all workspace documents to the list of models to consolidate:

1. Select Repository→Consolidate.
   
   The Consolidate Multiple Documents dialog box is displayed, with an empty list.
   
2. Click the Add All Documents in Workspace tool.
   
   The documents are added to the list of the Consolidate Multiple Documents dialog box.
