Chapter 8 Consolidating Documents in the Repository


Adding a document to the repository

You can consolidate a document from the repository browser using the Add command in the folder and root node contextual menu. You must have the Write permission on folder or root node to be able to consolidate a document.

Steps To consolidate a single document from the local workspace:

  1. Right-click the root of the repository browser or a folder.
  2. Select Add from the document contextual menu.

    The Consolidate Document dialog box is displayed.
  3. Select a document to consolidate.
  4. Define consolidation parameters.
  5. Click OK.
