Creating a table

There are several ways to create a table:

• From a diagram
• From the Browser
• From the list of tables

At creation, a table has a default name including a number, this number is assigned in the order of creation of objects.

For more information on the different ways to create a table, see section Creating an object in chapter Managing objects in the General Features Guide.

To create a table from a diagram:

1. Click the Table tool.
2. Click an empty space in the diagram to display the following symbol at the click position:
   
3. Click the Pointer tool.
4. Double-click the new table symbol in the diagram to display the table property sheet.
5. Type a table name and a table code.
   
6. Click OK.
