Creating a measure

You create a measure from the fact property sheet. You display the fact property sheet by double-clicking a fact in the list of facts.

At creation, a measure has a default name including a number, this number is assigned by default in the order of creation of objects.

To create a measure:

1. Select the Measures tab in the fact property sheet.
2. Click a blank line in the list.
   
   or
   
   Click the Add a Row tool.
   
   An arrow appears at the beginning of the line.
3. Type a name and a code.
   
4. Click OK.
