Defining tabs format for free text

The following tabs formatting is available:

• Tab stop position
• Alignment (left, center, right)

To define tabs format for free text:

1. Open the Text Format dialog box using the Format tool in the toolbar or the Format command in the Editor Menu.
   
   The Text Format dialog box opens to the Font page.
2. Click the Tabs tab to select tab spacing format.
3. Type a value in the Tab stop position box.
4. Select an Alignment type in the Alignment groupbox.
5. Click Set to set your tabs definition.
   
6. Click OK.
