Defining a paragraph format for free text

The following paragraph formatting is available:

• Indentation (left, right, first line)
• Spacing (before, after, line spacing)
• Alignment (left, center, right)
• Bullet

To define a paragraph format for free text:

1. Open the Text Format dialog box using the Format tool in the toolbar or the Format command in the Editor Menu.
   
   The Text Format dialog box opens to the Font page.
2. Click the Paragraph tab and select paragraph format options.
   
3. Click OK.
