Creating a RepConnector Profile

After RepConnector has been configured, create a RepConnector profile that connects to the deployed RepConnector in EAServer. You can edit these properties at any time. You can either create a new RepConnector profile or edit the existing default profile.

To create a RepConnector profile:

Open Sybase view. Select Windows|Show View|Sybase|RepConnector Manager.
Open the New Connection Profile window. Right-click Sybase RepConnector, and select New Connection Profile from the context menu.

Enter the following information:

New RepConnector Profile

Field	Description
Profile Name	<localhost>:<port number>
Host	Localhost or EAServer name.
Port	Number of the port that connects to EAServer.
User	Enter repraadmin

Click OK.
The profile appears in the RepConnector Manager tree view.
To log in, right-click it and choose Login and enter a password.
