Tool palettes provide the activities and operators that you use in an editor.
The following table describes when to use the activities and operators in a tool palette.
Tool palettes and their descriptions
Tool palette | Description |
---|---|
Logic | The decision points that identify the type of rule or activity flow to apply to the data. |
Exception Processing | A work task, such as compensation, fault handling, or timeout. Activities that are used for abnormal processing, such as the unavailability of a database or receiving an error response from an invoked service. |
Interface | The interaction with external sources. |
Activities | Assign, Complex, Delay and Undefined. |
Boolean Functions | Boolean operators used in expressions. |
Number Functions | Number functions used in expressions. |
String Functions | String functions used in expressions. |
Node Set Functions | Count, local name, namespace-uri, and name used in expressions. |
Generic Variable and Constants | String, integer, decimal, date, time, date time, and boolean constants. |
