Changing Status of the Mobile Application

You can use the folders in the WorkSpace Navigator to group each mobile application or template according to its development status. When the Unwired Accelerator server is connected and the server icon is expanded, it contains three folders:

To change the status of a mobile application or template:

  1. In the WorkSpace Navigator, expand the Unwired Accelerator server icon that contains the mobile application, composite application, or template you want to work with.

  2. Expand the folder of the resource you want to work with.

    The following folders are displayed:

    • New

    • Pending

    • Approved

    • Broken

    • Archived

    • Rejected

    • Deleted

    Only mobile applications in the Approved folder can be deployed to mobile devices.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Drag and drop a mobile application from one folder to another. For example, from the New folder to the Approved folder.

    • Right-click a mobile application and select Move to Status|Approved, where Approved is the destination folder.

    • Change the status in the Mobile Application Editor:

      1. Open a mobile application by double-clicking it.

      2. Open the Mobile Application Configuration window by clicking this icon, , located in the toolbar.

      3. In the left margin, expand Properties and select Administration.

      4. Select Approved from the Status menu.

      5. Select File|Save.
