You can add an error page to your Web application.
To add an error page:
Select web.xml in the WorkSpace Navigator of the Web Application Development perspective.
The web.xml editor opens.
Select the Pages tab of the editor.
The Pages page appears.
Expand the Error Pages section.
Click Add.
A new error page is added to the Error Pages list with the default name NewErrorPagex.jsp and a General Information section appears.
Do one of the following:
To select an exception type:
Click the Browse button adjacent to the Exception type field.
The Select Type dialog box appears.
Type the first letter of the type you want to use in the Select entries field.
A list of available types beginning with the letter you typed appears in the Matching types list.
Select the type that you want to use and click OK.
To select an error code:
Click the Browse button adjacent to the Error code field.
The Error Code Selection dialog box appears.
Select the error code that you want to use and click OK.
To select a location, click the Browse button adjacent to the Location field.
The Select File dialog box appears.
Select a page and click OK.
