Defining a Transformation Rule on a Map Link

After you link sources to targets, you can define a transformation rule.

To define a transformation rule:

Click a source-to-target link in the Map canvas.
Expand the Transformation Rule section
An icon appears for the source element, for example, OrderRef, and for the target element, for example, TargetOrderRef.
Right-click the Expression canvas and select a transformation rule.
Link the sources or targets to the function node.

Note

String literals and constants created in the Transformation Rule editor can contain either single-quote or double-quote characters, but not both. If a string that contains both single-quote and double-quote characters is required, use supported transformation functions.
