Troubleshooting Business Process Service Runtime Errors

Problem: Runtime errors in a Business Process service.

Solution: Enable additional logging to aid in tracing the flow of your business process logic. Do the following:

  1. Set the following log level in the <installation directory>\Sybase|WorkSpace\DevRuntimes\EAServer\bin\logging.properties file:

    com.sybase.bpe.engine.ProcessInstance.level = FINER

  2. Stop the server.

  3. Restart the server.

  4. Redeploy the service package.
