If a project contains resources that you want to use in another project, you can set the appropriate references in the project properties of an existing project.
When you reference another project, you can access the following resources from the referenced project:
Services.
The services appear in the Service Explorer and Package Definition wizard.
XML schema
You can use XML schema references as service parameters or in another XSD.
