Changing the state of a mobile agent

Agents can exist in any of three states:

To change a mobile agent's state:

  1. From Enterprise Explorer|Mobile Automation|Mobile Agents, select the agent for which you want to change the state, and select:

    • Run Once – to run any agent with any status once.

    • Set to State – select from these states:

      • Ready

      • Stopped

      • Deleted

  2. create a schedule for the agent and change the agent's status to Ready. See Creating Mobile Agents.
