Organization unit names and codes must be unique in the namespace (model or package).

Manual correction: Modify the duplicate name/code

Automatic correction: Appends a number to the duplicate name/code

Circular dependency

The organization unit cannot be parent of itself or parent of another child organization unit.

Manual correction: Change the organization unit in the Parent box in the organization unit property sheet
