Make sure your subnetwork meets all the requirements before you install.
All machines containing RAP components must be placed on the same subnetwork.
Publisher-Subscriber communications require that those ethernet interfaces involved in connecting publishers to subscribers have their maximum transmission unit (MTU) sizes set to the same value. This common value must not exceed any MTU size limitations on the switches and routers connecting the RAP machines.
If a router is used to connect to the RAP machines instead of a switch, the UDP Multicast must be enabled.
