Viewing Truncations

Monitor active truncations and rules using the Truncations subtab.

Prerequisites
Administrators create rules. See Creating or Editing a Truncation Rule.
  1. Click the Truncations subtab and refer to the Details of Truncations in Progress pane to view active truncation details.
  2. Click the Truncations subtab and refer to the Truncation Summary pane to view active rules and last successful truncation details.
  3. Click the sort icon Sort icon beside column headings to sort rows.
  4. Click the play icon play icon in the Truncation Summary pane to manuallu run a truncation. Click OK to run the truncation immediately or Cancel to return to the previous page.
  5. Click the clock icon clock icon revised in the Truncation Summary pane to view a rule's history. You can view truncation history for deleted rules only through the Truncation History subtab.
