Monitoring and administrative privileges in OpsConsole depend on your user type.
Non administrative users are operators, and can perform only monitoring functions and basic actions like starting and stopping system components, and viewing transfer or truncation rules and system and component configurations. Logging in as a user lets you access the Monitor tab.
In addition to all the privileges of an operator, administrators can also monitor the activity of other users, and add or delete user accounts. Administrators can also create, edit, delete, and manually run exisiting transfer and truncation rules, as well as modify publisher and subscriber configurations. Logging in as an administrator lets you access the Administrator and Monitor tabs.
