Multibyte characters in Windows XP 64-bit do not display correctly  uSetEnv fails with multibyte or non-Western characters

IQ Loader DB via Insert Location does not support multibyte characters in database, schema, and table names

[CR #538789] Projects using the IQ Loader DB via Insert Location component fail if the source database, schema, or table name contains multibyte characters.

Workaround: Use the migration wizard to extract data from multibyte databases, schemas, or table names.
