Multibyte characters in Windows XP 64-bit do not display correctly

[CR #534273] Multibyte characters in the values for variables in javascript expressions within ETL projects on the Windows XP 64-bit platform do not display correctly.

Workaround: Add the variable to a watch list to view the variable value.
