A traceability matrix view displays the links between requirements and objects from other types of models, external files or other requirements.
There are three types of traceability matrix views, which allow you to view and edit the links between requirements and design objects, external files, or other requirements. The following example shows links between requirments and other requirements:

You can create as many traceability matrix views as you need, and can give each a different focus by changing the linked objects type or by selecting or filtering different rows and columns.
