Obtains the zoom factor of controls as a percent of their size at design time.

Integer. Returns the current zoom factor for application controls, or -1 if an error occurs or the application is run on the desktop.
The current zoom factor applies to all controls in an application running on a Windows CE device or emulator. The zoom factor is a percent of the size of the controls at design time. The permissible zoom factor range is 10 to 500 percent.
