Adding OpenSwitch to the Windows Start menu

These steps assume that you have already set the environment variables.

Select Start | Settings | Taskbar & Start Menu, select the Advanced tab, then click Advanced.

This starts Windows Explorer.
In the right pane of Windows Explorer, double-click Programs.
From the menu, select File | New | Folder.
Name the folder OpenSwitch.
Double-click the OpenSwitch icon you just created.
From the menu, select File | New | Shortcut. This launches a dialog box.
Click Browse and locate %SYBASE%\OpenSwitch-15_0\bin\OpenSwitch.bat. Select OpenSwitch.bat, and click OK.
Modify the command line to append the following to OpenSwitch.bat:
```
-c ..\config\OpenSwitch.cfg
```
Click Next.
Name the shortcut “OpenSwitch” and click Finish.
Close the Windows Explorer.
Click OK in the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog box.
