Eclipse installation parameters

The EAServer Web services toolkit includes a plug-in for the Eclipse development environment. To use this tool, you must have Eclipse installed. Configure the installer to install a new copy or Eclipse or use an existing Eclipse installation by setting the parameters in Table 3-8.

Table 3-8: Eclipse installation parameters

Parameter

Set the value to

-W SilentInstallEclipse.value

“yes” to install a new copy of Eclipse, or “no” to use an existing copy.

-W SilentEclipseLocation.value

The full path where Eclipse is installed or will be installed, that is, the directory that contains the eclipse subdirectory. The installation must be Eclipse version 2.1, 2.1.0 or 2.1.1.
